I qualified for regionals in swimming and got 2nd in the district on flute! Tomorrow is all county honors band and I'm sorta excited, but nervous because I'm not sure if my oboe playing will sound too great heh.
yay last night we had a football game and our school actually won!! MY school never wins a football game! Maybe we might actually be able to have braggin rights this year!
The marching was great as usual :) We are getting ready for grand nationals!
I love watching the olympics!!! It makes me so proud to live in the US! So far we have won the most medals with China and the Aussies close behind us. Michael Phelps, Carly (dunno her last name) and Michael Hamm are the best athletes ever!!!
You know what sucks??? They told us that the hurricane was going to come and be all cool and strong and stuff, but now they are sayaing its gonna suck. I love bad weather so that sucks for me!
My first day of the school year was ok except for the fact that my friends ar His sister looks the same way and she wears her hair on the top of her head and it looks like a shroom with hair sticking out of it. I bet she doesnt know she looks like she has a fungus on her head.
Other than the fact that Will (who used to be my best friend and you can read more about him earlier on in my blog) and Steven blew me off, my day was good.
After school I had to stay after to take band pics and and then came home and did my homework with Amy. She needed help in World History so I went to her house and helped her. Then I came home and here I am!!

Even though I hanvet been here in a while, im not going to take a while to write about it cause it would just be too much, so i'll just start with today.
At 6:30 I woke up and got ready to go to Wet and Wild (its a water park) with Greg and Brittany. He picked me up and we headed over to Brittany's. Unfortunatly Brittany drove (very scary.) LOL she never keeps her eyes on the road. One time Greg pointed towards a plane in the sky and she looked out the window and alomst ran us into the little wall thing. Luckily I feel alseep in the car on the way there so the ride didnt seem as long.
When we got there we road just about everything which was really fun. Even though I'm not out of shape, i still felt self conscious walking around half naked the whole day, but i got used to it.
Well now we are gonna skip all the way down to when we arrived back at Brittany's house.
Her family is 100% Cuban so i had the chance to have an authenic dinner. It was soooooo good!!
Well in the end it was an awesome day and i only ended up with a few sunburns!!
WOW I havent written in this in a while. Its really late and i just thought of my tblog and i suddenly missed it and had to come back!! I promise I will type more tommorrow!
Camp was so awesome!! Beign a CIT was so much better than a camper. The reason is because i had so much more freedom and i think i enjoyed myself 10 times more than the campers did! I also met some amazing friends and i was depressed that I was only going to be able to see them a week.
I had a swim meet last night and i improved my freestyle time by 2 seconds. That might not seem like alot, but in swimming thats a whole bunch!!!!!
I'm at camp and being a CIT is so much better than a camper. I cant write much cause there are people in the room but im so happy that I got my internet working in my dorm room.
Since the last time i wrote, lightening fried my modem and my brand new wireless internet that i got last week. Over the past three days I've spent the night at Steven's house orhe has spent the night at my house. I'm currently at his house and using his internet due to the fact that my internet still isnt working and even the COX cable cant fix it.
Tomorrow i leave for camp!! It's gonna be fun being a CIT and being able to boss all the little campers around!! I'm gonna be able to bring my computer and since its at a college andwe'll be staying in dorms, I'll have internet connction. I'm not sayin that I'll be getting on mchcause I'm going to be extrmely busy, but I'll end up getting on some of the time.
I have a swim meet tonight and I'm sooo nervous!!!!! I have to do backstroke, breaststroke and the 100 meter Instant Medley ( thats 4 laps and one lap of each stroke.) I'm so gonna mess up my backstroke flip turn cause i have to turn around about 5 or 6 strokes after i see the flags overhead, and then do a front flip turn and then come u p backwards. The trick is, everytime i do it i almost drown and i have to stop in practice and cough my head off, and i cant' be doing that at the meet!!!! I'm also gonna die at the 100 IM cause I'm not prepared and the first stroke is the buttefly!!!!!!!!!
I had one of the coolest experiences of my life today!!!!
Ok I have this friend i met who said he would send me 2,000 for a computer cause his dad is really rich. I didnt think it would actually happen, well i went to the mailbox and there was a letter to me from this guy!
I open it AND there are two money orders for 1,000 each. I go to the post office and cash them and I keep cracking up while the guy there is counting out the money cause i've never even seen that much money in my life, more or less owned it! So me and mom left the post office feeling like we robbed a bank, and headed over to circuit city.
I ended up getting a COMPAQ and it was told to me it was the best computer there, trusting the guy and my mom (my mom is a technology expert person.) I got home, had to go to my grandmas and pick greanbeans and sweep the driveway, and then go to swim practice before i could come home and play with the computer. My mom was trying to torture me. So now we got everything hooked up nad it awesome!!!
I've been having to wake up early every morning this week to go to camp so i havent even had any type of break since school got out. Today is my first day of freedom on my summer break.
I really wanted to go to the pool, BUT its storming! I hope it will clear up by the time my mom gets off work. :(
I have the worst tan line i've ever had. I had on one of those white shirts ( i think they are called wife beaters0 so now i have a wife beater tanline. Its horrible! I was thinkign about laying out today, but NOOOO it has to be cloudy and raining!
I've been in NY for a while and it was so much fun. I saw phantom of the opera and Cirque du soleil!!!1 I got to meet part of the cirque cast!!! Monday we traveled aroudn the whole city on the subway and went everywhere on the island. The Bronx is just a piece of trash, i would never live in the part i went to, Elder Street.
Today was band camp and i hated it. Its my third year doing it so its getting really old. This years show i going to be realyl good though.

Memamma had another stroke Saturday and they had to rush her to the hospital cause she was having seisures. She doesnt know who anyone is and that makes me really sad. She has always been there for me and now just to see her like this tears me to pieces.
Saturday night it stormed really bad for two hours straight and on the news they said the rain was pouring three inches an hour. Alot of Wilson was flooded and tonight they said it will do it again and there was flashflood warnings all over the radio.
Tony came over to Amy's today and we swam in the river and walked around the pond and stuff. They were flinging pon scum around and i was the only one who didnt get hit. Amy got hit in the mouth and Reed in the back of the head. Amy flung it at Tony and it got alllll ever his shirt. Hes a cool 35 year old guy.
I did really good at the recital tonight, everyone said I looked confident. Also at the band awards I got most outstanding freshman!!!! I had to leave early from the band awards after only being there for 10 mintues to go to my flute rectital. I messed up a few runs bit its all good. Ms. Talyor came, shes my music teacher from waaaay back in elementary school.
Memma is getting me all sad. She says shes sorry that she cant be a grandma anymore since she had the stroke, and I started cying right there. She didnt see me cause i was on her left side and she cant see on her left side.
My music recital is tomorrow night so I'm practicing my butt off. Also band awards are the same night os i might go to those first and then after a few minutes head over to the recital. I hope i can make it to both of them.
Will Signed my yearbook and all we wrote was "have a nice summer." Before he started hanging with the Vegas guys and Chrsitian he used to write stuff like "your my best friend and I'll see you lots this summer!" Now he just ignores me at school, I try to talk to him but he just pretends im not there. I know i sound pathetic, but i want my best friend back but it looks like that will never happen.
Ok only 5 more days of school left!!!!!! Exams are coming up next week and I'm getting kind of scared! World History exam is 300 questions long compared to science which is only 100 questions long. To get myself prepared I'm definign all of the 150 vocabualry words and I am going to type them to study. Well I'll finish tomorrow. time for bed!
It hurts my feelings that my old friends harldy talk to me anymore. Will doesnt talk to me at all no matter how much I talk to him. At least I still get Greg, but I never get to see him.
Today school was pointless. We (the band) played for the awards day and sat there for three hours while people went on and off the stage countless times. I swear....i got so tired of hearing the name "Andy Snipes" called....over achiever. When we were done playing we went to lunch, ate, and then went to Ms. christians room and got in trouble for being in the hall's during lunch. In 3rd period all we did was just do a worksheet and watch "sandlot." Today was also my LAST DAY of P.E FOREVER!!! HAHAHAH! No more dresing out in front of people everyday, no more stupid farmer's tans from playing tennis for 2 hours, no mroe miles runs, no more old hags raping girls in the bathrooms!!!
Mom said that grandma might not live much longer, because her heart is going out of control and her heart might fail pretty soon. :( :( :( :(
I went to Sarah's voice recital tonight and it was really good. There was this 10 year old girl there who should be on broadway right now. She was AWESOME! Sarah did awesome too. She acted hers out along with too, shes such a good actress. :D
We had our concrt band concert tonight and it was really good!! I was slightly out of tune, but thats ok. I had to tune the band a bunch of times so it sounded really bad. Mr. Mcaillistor totallaled his car on the way to the concert.....sucks for him. He's ok though, not even a scratch, but his suit was quite wrinkled. duringf the chorus part of the concert I ahd to stadn up in front of everyone and go get his directors music of his podium, anmd go into the audience and give it to him.
His Fionce was there and all the girls in the band were hating on her just cause she was pretty. They are just soooo jealous lol.
Ok Aiden and Randy got in a fight and Aiden tlkd Randy that I hated him. I told aiden I hated the guy cause the guy was super rich and got everything he wanted. After I started talking ot Randy he seemed like a pretty cool guy and we've gotten to bo friends. Its pretty cool. He lives in NY so when I go we are going to meet up. I can't wait!!
